About the role

We are looking for a Research Manager/ Client Account Manager, who will help us build on our recent successes by taking responsibility for client satisfaction, project delivery and selling Survation services and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Relationships

 

Become a trusted advisor and develop broad client relationships across all levels of the client organisation

Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients and take responsibility for ensuring that we sell and deliver projects from each client within the portfolio on an ongoing basis

Attend client meetings and liaise with clients

Ensure client satisfaction, work with the Director of Research to develop account plans and strategy for account growth

 

Revenue Generation

 

P&L responsibility for a portfolio of existing and new client accounts

Support head of research to write proposals and to win new business

Ensure there is regular ongoing work from existing clients

Process inbound sales enquiries

Project Management

Set up and manage projects from inception to fieldwork to delivery

Write survey questions, analyse data

Create presentations/reports focused on insights and stories from data,

Write articles for each project, as appropriate

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

At least 4 years market research agency side experience in any of FMCG, Utilities, Policy & Politics sectors

Demonstrable experience of success in a sales environment, including the ability to hit and exceed targets

Experience of understanding client requirements and selling research solutions to new and existing clients

Up-to-date understanding of UK politics, social issues and current affairs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and deliver work to deadlines

Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task and oversee several projects/ tasks at any one time within tight timescales and with a clear and organised approach

 

 

Due to the coronavirus crisis, all our employees are currently working from home and will return to work in our Central London office once the situation allows.
