Survation partners with the CIPR for annual #stateofpr survey
Survation is delighted to continue its relationship with the Chartered Institute for Public Relations and conduct their annual State of the Profession survey for the third consecutive year.
The survey, which is the biggest and longest-running survey in public relations, is designed to identify key business trends across the profession, helping the CIPR develop resources that supports the career of their members and the industry as a whole.
Last year’s survey found that pay inequality in the industry manifests itself at the most senior levels and was particularly acute for those working in consultancies, as well as for independent practitioners. This was despite women constituting two thirds (66%) of the overall working population.
The CIPR’s full report from the 2015/16 survey is available here.
