Survation have been polling the public’s views on the BBC show Sports Personality show which is tonight.

In our experience, most people make their minds up on the night, but pre-show surveys can be a good guide. Pre-poll surveys often show bias to the perceived “favourite” which this year is the jockey Tony McCoy. Here are the unweighted results we’ve received so far. There were 301 responses.
